Refund & Returns Policy


Tokyo Motorsports will always supply high quality products. We only source our parts from trusted suppliers and guarantee their quality.

Items are only considered returnable if at least one or more of the following conditions are met:

  • The supplied item is faulty
  • The supplied item is not as described
  • The supplied item does not function as described
  • The supplied item is not of quality as described

If we cannot fix the product within a reasonable time frame, we will offer you an exchange instead. However, before we can honour an exchange, repair or refund, you’ll need to provide proof that you purchased the product via the Tokyo Motorsports Online Shop. If you can’t provide an order confirmation, another form of proof of purchase will be required.

If the product is assessed to be faulty or unfit for its intended purpose, refunds will be issued using the same method as your original payment.

If we agree to the return, please send us your item with your name, order confirmation number and the reason for your return. Returns which have not been previously discussed with Tokyo Motorsports will not be considered valid.

Unless otherwise stated, all items listed on the Tokyo Motorsports Online Shop have a return period of 28 days only.

Change of mind returns are only acceptable at the sole discretion of Tokyo Motorsports staff. We reserve the right to withhold any refund or replacement until the item has been returned and examined by our own staff. Additionally, change of mind returns may incur up to 10% restocking fee subtracted from the refund (to cover staff time wasted).
