We are seeking a [trade qualified], motivated, committed and professional Service Advisor to join our team.
This role is vital to the success of the business and providing a high level of customer service is imperative, whilst working under pressure and to tight deadlines.

The successful applicant will possess the following:
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills (both face to face and over the telephone)
• Excellent problem solving and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in a similar role / within a service department
• A strong mechanical/technical background would be an advantage
• Exceptional up selling skills coupled with strong work ethics
• A desire to step up to the 2IC role
• Good knowledge of local suppliers and high performance industry is an advantage
• MYOB experience is a an advantage

The role encompasses a range of duties and responsibilities including:
• Managing customer bookings
• Communicating with the workshop and the customer to ascertain the level of work required
• Up selling products and services
• Ordering parts and maintaining stock levels
• Liaising with suppliers
• Customer invoicing

The ideal candidate would have experience in a similar role, however, if you have a 'can do attitude' and strong customer service experience this could be the opportunity that you are looking for.
Salary and terms will be negotiated with successful candidate.  Salary range $45k - $65k

The successful applicant will possess the following:
• At least 2 year’s experience (post trade qualification)
• Good problem solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• A strong mechanical/technical background
• Some knowledge of electrical systems
• Some knowledge of engine management systems
• Some knowledge of turbocharged high performance vehicles
• Some fabrication skills
• Own complete tool kit
• [mostly] Clean drivers license

The role encompasses a range of duties and responsibilities including:
• Vehicle servicing and repairs
• Problem solving and diagnostics
• Installing [and setting up] vehicle upgrades and upgrade packages
• Liaising with workshop manager
• Basic fabrication
• Road testing

The ideal candidate would have many years experience in a similar role, however, if you have a 'can do attitude' and strong mechanical/technical background this could be the opportunity that you are looking for.
Salary and terms will be negotiated with successful candidate.  Salary range $45k - $60k
